The Horse First Podcast by Dr. Audrey DeClue
So a couple weeks ago a colleague of mine introduced me to The Horse First Podcast by Dr. Audrey DeClue, an Equine Sports Medicine Veterinarian from Minnesota, and I have not been able to stop listening!
She offers so much insight into a wide variety of equine lameness issues in a very owner-friendly style that is easy to understand and follow, even if you don’t have advanced schooling in anatomy or biomechanics.
If you too are spending a lot of time on the road, or just looking for a good podcast to get you through cleaning stalls, I highly recommend giving this one a try!

Therefore, each element is associated with certain organs within the body, energy meridians, seasons of the year, climates, stages of life, physical ailments and even emotional strengths and vulnerabilities.
